About the Role:
📞 As a Customer Support Associate, you will serve as the primary contact for B2B customers via calls, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining SLAs.You will take full ownership of interactions, handle sensitive issues empathetically, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced support environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ☎️ Handle customer inquiries across voice, email, and chat channels with professionalism.
  • ⏱️ Meet SLAs for response times, quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
  • 🧑‍💼 Take full ownership of interactions with proactive problem-solving and brand-positive approach.
  • 📝 Maintain precise customer records and documentation in support systems.
  • 🔍 Flag recurring issues and suggest process improvements through proper channels.

Requirements:

  • 💬 Strong verbal and written English communication skills with email etiquette knowledge.
  • ❤️ Customer service mindset with empathy and ability to handle sensitive situations positively.
  • ⏳ Excellent time management and ability to work independently while meeting metrics.
  • 💻 Basic Windows OS knowledge and familiarity with multi-channel communication.
  • 📚 High school diploma or equivalent (0–2 years experience; freshers welcome).
