About the Role:
🛡️ As a Cyber Security Analyst with CloudSEK SVigil Security team, you will analyze digital supply chain security incidents, interpret vulnerability scan results, generate reports, and provide remediation strategies.
Your role combines deep technical investigation with partial customer engagement to resolve security challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🔍 Analyze security incidents flagged by CloudSEK SVigil and assess their severity and business impact.
- 📄 Generate detailed vulnerability and risk reports with recommendations for customers.
- 🚀 Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and best practices in vendor risk management.
- 🤝 Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with product and solutions delivery.
- 📢 Communicate project progress and security initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- ⚙️ Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Requirements:
- 🧠 Logical and creative problem-solving skills with a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity principles.
- 🤝 Team player with confidence in interacting with clients and explaining solutions.
- ⏰ Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.

- 🌐 Working knowledge of networking, protocols, web application security frameworks (OWASP Top 10), and penetration testing.
