About the Role:
The Data Analyst interprets data from various internal and external sources to generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business decisions.
The role involves managing data processes, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing insights that improve efficiency, automation, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Gather data from warehouses, databases, integration and modelling systems, and identify patterns and trends.
📌 Develop and enforce record management processes and policies.
📌 Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account review materials to clients.
📌 Set up, maintain, and automate data processes; evaluate and implement tools for data validation and cleansing.
📌 Produce and track key performance indicators and create dashboards, graphs, and visual reports.
📌 Design and conduct surveys, analyze survey data, and benchmark performance against sectors and competitors.
📌 Mine and analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
🎯 Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
🎯 Hands-on experience with databases, SQL/queries, and BI/reporting tools (dashboards, visualizations).
🎯 Ability to liaise with internal and external clients to understand data content and requirements.
🎯 Skills in survey design, data modelling, and KPI definition are highly valued.
🎯 Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to business and technical audiences.
