Key Responsibilities:

  • 📊 Analyze financial data from annual reports, stock exchanges, journals; enter data accurately per guidelines using internal tools.
  • 🔧 Master dataset workflows; troubleshoot issues; contribute to LEAN/automation projects; mentor new hires on processes.
  • 📈 Provide research inputs for product enhancements; deliver individual/team targets with quality; review feedback for accuracy improvements.

Requirements:

Core Skills:

  • 🛠️ B.Com/BBA/MBA Finance freshers (2024-2026); strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint; corporate finance/accounting knowledge; secondary research.
  • 🔒 Analytical/quantitative skills; excellent communication; 24×5 shift flexibility (night shifts); thematic online research capability.

Desired:

  • 📊 MS Office advanced certifications; basic SQL; process improvement mindset.
