About the Role:
As a Data Scientist at Ericsson, you will design and implement advanced ML and AI solutions to tackle complex business problems and drive applied analytics across the organization.
The role includes developing predictive and statistical models, recommendation and anomaly detection systems, and deploying ML solutions both on-premises and in the cloud while aligning with Ericsson’s architectural and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Analyze technical and business requirements, identify constraints, and implement suitable ML solutions.
📌 Build predictive models, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, deep learning, and other ML-based solutions.
📌 Develop and deploy ML solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud/on-premise platforms.
📌 Collaborate with business leaders to define success metrics and design data-driven AI/ML approaches.
📌 Mentor junior data scientists and foster a strong internal ML community.
Requirements:
🎯 Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, statistics, data preprocessing, and model deployment.
🎯 Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and open-source languages.
🎯 Experience in cloud development and DevSecOps practices.
🎯 Solid understanding of data management, software engineering, and business context.
🎯 Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
