About the Role:
📈 The Digital Business Marketing Apprenticeship is a 12‑month hybrid program for recent graduates looking to start a career in digital business marketing.You’ll learn digital ad platforms, campaign troubleshooting, business development, and data-driven insights while working with GOC teams and external training partners on real client problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 📊 Develop knowledge of digital ad platforms, online campaigns, and troubleshooting for ad accounts; partner with teams on product and partnership solutions.
  • 🤝 Learn business development by handling leads from new/existing clients and acting as account coordinator.
  • 📉 Analyze data to derive insights and identify opportunities for clients and agencies.
  • 💡 Build understanding of existing and emerging ad products and how users/clients interact with them, including applying AI-based solutions to digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 🧮 0–1 years of experience relevant to Digital Business Marketing.
  • 💻 Knowledge of basic computer tools (Excel, Gmail, Word/Docs).
  • 💬 Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • ⚡ Self-motivated, good problem-solving and analytical skills, time management, and ability to work independently; prior experience in Sales/BD/Digital Ads/Customer Service is a plus.
