About the Role:
Join our demand & revenue marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media.
In this role, you will plan and execute paid media strategies aimed at Brand Awareness,
Demand Generation, Sales Acceleration, Market Scoping, and Employer Branding.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day ad operations for Darwinbox Ad accounts, including cross-platform
    data analysis, bid optimization, ad copy optimization, keyword optimization (search term
    addition/negation, match types, labels, and enabling/disabling, quality scores), overall
    account optimization score, new campaign creation, tag placements, and analytics
    tracking.
  • Perform cross-platform optimization to ensure growth and ROI, with CRO responsibilities
    focused on experimenting with high-converting campaign structures.
  • Create high-converting landing pages and ad copies based on customer behaviour
    analysis.
  • Understand and analyze data from Marketing Automation platforms like HubSpot and
    Salesforce.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience managing search and display campaigns across platforms like Google,
    Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn ads.
  • ABM experience is a plus.
  • Highly data-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work with multiple teams to make assets and information
    available for campaigns.
  • Logical approach to strategic/tactical decisions regarding campaign planning and
    territory-level customer segmentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including creating and
    delivering effective presentations.
  • Passion for SaaS and a unique perspective on driving value for SaaS companies.
