About the Role:
📈 Grow Rockwell’s industrial automation business through distributor/SI/customer channels, achieving AOP targets while developing partner capabilities and programs.Manage partner performance, market-making activities, and ecosystem collaboration (focused accounts, departments, industries) with up to 50% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Achieve annual operating plan/target for allocated partners/territory; create monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasts.
- 🤝 Work cohesively with account/department/industry teams; create/execute growth programs and partner-led marketing activities.
- 📈 Enhance partner market-making capabilities; conduct performance reviews and reporting.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- 🎓 B.Tech/BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics.
- 🏭 8–18 years selling/managing partners/customers in industrial automation industry.
- ✈️ Willing to travel up to 50%; open to relocate anywhere in India.
Skills:
- 👥 Strong interpersonal skills, lead-by-influence, partner management for performance improvement.
