an E-Commerce Operations Lead for Photography, you’ll ensure products are
photographed to TRR standards promptly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven
environment, this role is tailor-made for you!
Job Responsibilities:
→ Supervise and coach up to 10 employees, driving them to meet units per hour (UPH)
standards consistently.
→ Train new team members, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and address queries
on studio policies and procedures.
→ Assist in studio setup and photography production when required, maintaining TRR
standards.
→ Support various tasks to ensure studio efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring to The Role:
Minimum Requirements:
→ 1 year of experience in an ecommerce warehouse or production setting, meeting
hourly quotas.
→ Strong leadership skills and a drive to progress into a management role.
→ Ability to excel independently while fostering teamwork.
→ Excellent communication skills and comfort in cross-functional collaboration.
→ Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.
→ Proficiency in understanding KPIs and Looker reports.
