About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, creative thumbnail designer to join our team creating high-quality
educational YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Creative Conceptualization:
o Design 2 unique thumbnail concepts per video (we test and pick the best).
→ Design Development:
o Create eye-catching, curiosity-driven visuals that drive clicks while staying true
to the content.
→ Collaboration:
o Work closely with our creative team for feedback and iteration.
→ Iteration & Feedback:
o Incorporate feedback to revise and finalize designs, ensuring high-quality
output that meets project goals.
→ Project Management:
o Manage design timelines and ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails.
  • Strong understanding of click psychology, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
  • Ability to match and improve on top-performing thumbnails in the education
    space.
  • Fast turnaround (we post 2x/week now — moving to 4x/week soon).
