Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, ensuring the successful and
    timely delivery of assigned projects.
  • Handle escalations from clients or internal stakeholders during the project lifecycle and
    resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Pre-sales teams post-deal closure to ensure seamless
    knowledge transfer regarding project scope, client processes, stakeholders, and
    expectations.
  • Draft detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely progress.
  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity in processes and policies, both internally and for
    clients.
  • Ensure smooth change management by aligning internal and external stakeholders,
    including client leadership and CXOs. Act as the primary point of contact for these
    accounts/clients.
  • Understand business requirements, derive solutions aligning business needs with
    product capabilities, identify gaps, and provide detailed use-cases and specifications for
    product enhancements.
  • Conduct key user training and provide ongoing support throughout the project.
  • Guide clients through the go-live phase and collaborate with Marketing/Customer
    Experience teams to drive Darwinbox adoption.
  • Assess and outline the ROI on Darwinbox implementation, evaluating project quality,
    speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team post-project delivery.
  • Meet financial milestones, such as ensuring implementation billing is completed before
    project go-live.
  • Identify upsell opportunities during the implementation process.
    Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR tech implementation, HR consulting, or HR roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management and dealing with senior stakeholders like CXOs.
  • Understanding of HR or a related educational background is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools like MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with complex datasets, validate data, and use tools like MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
