About the Job:

The role in Manufacturing Quality is integral to Quality Execution in EBSC, where the
focus is on quality improvements through problem-solving and QIPs, as well as cost
recovery associated with NCs (Non-Conformances).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end handling of Supplier, Site, and Factory NCs.
  • Oversee Cost Recovery (COPQ) related to NCs.
  • Identify and drive Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) to address critical and
    recurring issues.
  • Prepare and circulate Quality Reports.
  • Validate 8D’s and utilize problem-solving techniques using Quality Tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or 0-1
    years of experience in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Certification in Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Problem Solving DMAIC, Quality Tools.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Macros.
  • Strong and fluent communication skills (oral and written).
