About the job:

Fastly is expanding its International Account Management team and seeks its first
Enterprise Account Manager for the Nordics Region. In this role, you’ll champion customer
success, drive revenue growth, and nurture relationships with our Enterprise Customers in
the Nordics. This is an exciting opportunity for an autonomous, energetic individual to
shape Account Management excellence in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

→ Grow Fastly’s revenue across assigned accounts in collaboration with Account
Executives and Nodes.
→ Manage renewals, drive interest in Fastly’s product portfolio, and monitor account
health using tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
→ Foster customer relationships, identify executive sponsorship opportunities, and
facilitate workshops and roundtables.
→ Understand customer requirements, engage with Subject Matter Experts, and
highlight new Fastly initiatives through Business Reviews.
→ Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to provide ongoing customer
support and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

→ Proven experience in customer relationship development and revenue growth.
→ Curiosity to understand customer goals and align technical concepts with business
values.
→ Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
→ Independent, detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
→ Professional, engaging presenter with strong customer service values.
→ Technical background and fluency in Swedish and English are essential.

Preferred Requirements:

→ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
→ Experience in SAAS/PAAS/Cyber Security industries.

Work Hours:

This position requires availability during core business hours.

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements:

Remote role open to candidates residing within commutable distance of Stockholm,
Sweden.
Travel required across the Nordics, UK, and the USA as requested.
