Job Description:

  1. Strategic Marketing Mastery:
    → Strategize, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns for Drums or Synthesizer,
    driving product and brand value in the market.
  2. Market Research Expertise:
    → Conduct in-depth market research, analysing competitor activity, customer
    preferences, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Relationship Building:
    → Cultivate enduring relationships with dealers and business partners, capturing
    valuable product feedback to enhance offerings.
  4. Promotional Prowess:
    → Plan, execute, and assess offline and digital promotional activities, ensuring optimal
    return on investment.
  5. Product Launch Coordination:
    → Organize the launch of new products, identifying innovative promotion avenues to
    maximize impact.
  6. Media Collaboration:
    → Collaborate with area-specific print and electronic media and other branding
    partners to support sales initiatives.
  7. Brand Oversight:
    → Regularly review Yamaha product branding at dealer locations and corporate
    clients to ensure alignment with company policy.
  8. Effective Communication:
    → Foster harmonious relationships within the team and across departments through
    clear and efficient communication.
  9. Customer Engagement:
    → Handle inquiries from customers and business partners promptly, ensuring
    exceptional service delivery.
  10. Data-Driven Decisions:
    → Conduct regular data analysis to drive continuous improvement in marketing
    activities.
  11. Instrumental Marketing:
    → Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing activities specifically tailored for Drums or
    Synthesizer.

Experience:

→ Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant role.
→ Preference given to candidates with experience playing a musical instrument.

Education:

→ Any Graduate
