Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend and respond to Phone Calls /Emails/Social Media messages from clients
who need our services. - Get all details from clients about their requirements and pass on to the manager
in order to offer best quotation and customized Menu. - Follow up with clients until order is confirmed or rejected and take their feedback.
- Keep in touch with existing clients to get repeat orders. Email / Phone Calls
- Connect with new clients from the data base provided. Email / Phone Calls /
Messenger - Visit events to interact with clients, take feedback and maintain relationship for
repeat orders. - Research Inventory and décor options for events as per client’s requirements.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to promote trending services and products.
- Assist Operations team occasionally to execute orders as per client’s
requirements. - Work Details Timings: Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm, Saturday: 9am – 5pm
