About the Role:

About the Role:
As a Finance Business Partner (Marketing & Sales) at Maruti Suzuki India Limited,
you will be instrumental in supporting the M&S vertical by driving process
improvements through automation and digitization initiatives.
Your role includes providing financial planning and analysis support, developing
comprehensive MIS reports using data analytics, and validating inputs for budget and
long-term planning.
Additionally, you will partner with the Marketing & Sales teams to structure new
transactions and assess the financial feasibility of new business streams, while
ensuring that internal controls and statutory compliances are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Improvement: –
Provide business support to the M&S vertical to improve serviceability
standards and reduce payment processing turnaround times through
automation and digitization.
Financial Planning & Analysis: –
Perform sensitivity analysis on model-wise selling price, volume,
discount, and market share to support financial planning. –
Validate and analyze inputs and assumptions provided by the M&S team
for budget and long-term planning.
MIS Reporting: –
Develop and maintain MIS reports using data analytics and external
benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
Business Partnering: –
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to structure new transactions and
conduct financial feasibility analyses for emerging business streams.
Internal Controls: –
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across processes
within the M&S vertical.
Requirements:
Professional Qualifications:
o Chartered Accountant or MBA with 4-5 years of experience in Finance
Business Partnering, preferably within the Marketing & Sales domain.
Technical Skills:
o Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
o Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and Business
Intelligence tools.
Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent communication and networking abilities.
o Creative and innovative mindset to drive process improvements.
