Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Develop budgets/forecasts/models; manage AP/AR/payroll; prepare financial statements ensuring compliance.
- 🔧 Handle cash flow/fund management; file GST/TDS/PF/ESIC returns; lead audits coordinating with authorities.
- 📈 Deliver MIS/variance analysis; support pricing/profitability decisions; mentor finance team maintaining controls.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ CMA/CA Inter/CFA/MBA Finance; 4+ years experience; Zoho Books mandatory; Excel/financial modeling proficiency.
- 🔒 Statutory compliance (GST/TDS/Companies Act); analytical/problem-solving; team leadership essential.
Desired:
