About the Role:
📊 This Financial Analyst role sits within Finance and Corporate Strategy, supporting capital strategies, forecasting, and financial decision-making across the business.
You will gather and analyze financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing) to influence business decisions, support initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📈 Provide financial analysis for a function or business, including data extraction and analysis to make recommendations.
• 💼 Handle financial business issues, support forecasting, and provide analytics to business initiatives while ensuring strong business controls.
• 🧮 Develop understanding of HPE’s financial processes and working knowledge of the business; support accurate internal and external financial representation.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:

• 🎓 First level university degree focused on Business or Economics (or similar) recommended, or equivalent experience.
• 📊 Typically 0+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, suitable for freshers/early-career talent.

Skills:

• 📘 Basic understanding of accounting processes and analytical skills.
• 💻 Good business application skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• 🗣 Good communication and teamwork skills, plus accountability, problem-solving mindset, customer centricity, and growth mindset.
