About the Role:
🧑‍💻 As a Fullstack Intern, you will support Sprinto’s engineering team while focusing on high-impact learning and contributing to product development where possible.
You will work remotely, helping build and improve features across the stack while understanding engineering needs and how a fast-scaling SaaS product is built.

• 🧩 Support the engineering team with tasks within your capacity, contributing to feature work or internal tools as guided.

Requirements:

• 🟨 Proven JavaScript skills are a strong advantage; exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases is preferred.
• 🧠 Solid problem-solving skills, ability to break problems into smaller parts, and estimate resources such as time and effort.
• 🧑‍💼 Ownership mindset: able to work without close monitoring and use the freedom offered to create high value for the company and yourself.
• 📂 A good portfolio or resume with project links is often used as a shortlisting filter for this role.
