About the Role:
As a General Accountant, you’ll oversee budgeting, statutory compliance, banking, financial reporting, and daily accounts operations.
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate books, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting management with timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Prepare monthly projections, capital budgets, and expense monitoring
📌 Conduct weekly stock reconciliation for Head Office
📌 Handle VAT reporting and quarterly filings, ensuring compliance
📌 Manage day-to-day cash and bank operations, import-related transactions, and liaise for LC/Bill Discounting
📌 Finalize monthly accounts, profitability, MIS, balance confirmations, and financial reconciliations
📌 Oversee statutory payments, returns, insurance settlements, and fund management
📌 Support quarterly audits, overdue monitoring, and timely submissions to HQ
📌 Supervise all accounts operations while supporting system improvements and compliance

Requirements:
🎯 3–10 years’ experience as an accountant or finance executive
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Masters/CA preferred for senior applicants)
🎯 Solid knowledge of Vietnamese regulations, VAT, and financial reporting standards
🎯 Proficiency in English and basic accounting software
🎯 Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
