π‘About the Role:
Eaton is hiring a General Manager β Sales to lead and drive sales for 3 Phase UPS systems and digital power solutions across the AP & Telangana region πΌ.
This is a senior leadership role where youβll manage a sales team, build customer networks, and drive revenue growth while delivering high-value power solutions β‘
πKey Responsibilities:
π Drive sales of 3 Phase UPS systems and digital solutions across AP & Telangana π
π Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue targets π―
π Build strong networks with customers, SIs, and OEMs π€
π Analyze market opportunities, customer investments, and project pipelines π
π Forecast sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets π
π Support customers with cost-benefit analysis and solution positioning π‘
π Prepare and negotiate proposals with internal teams and management π
π Coordinate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams βοΈ
π Act as key point of contact for technical and commercial discussions π§
π Develop after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction π
π―Requirements:
π― 15β25 years of experience in Electrical / Electronics industry β‘
π― Strong experience in 3 Phase UPS industry preferred π
π― Ability to explain technical UPS solutions to customers π»
π― Strong leadership and team management skills π¨βπΌ
π― Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred) π£οΈ
π― Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability π§
π― Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and execution π
π― Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills πΌ
