About the Role:
🎨 As a Graphic Design Specialist (Visual Production Specialist), you will execute high-quality creative assets ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and marketing campaigns.You’ll adapt/refine designs, optimize layouts, manage asset versioning, and work closely with creative teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🖼️ Adapt/finalize creative assets for campaigns while maintaining typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- 📐 Resize/version assets across platforms preserving design integrity and production readiness.
- 🤝 Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers following structured workflows.
- ✅ Conduct quality control, review files for accuracy, and maintain/update design templates/asset libraries.
Requirements:
- 💻 3–5 years graphic/production design experience; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, PowerPoint.
- 🎯 Strong attention to detail, core design principles, typography, layout for digital/print.
- ⏱️ Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production with Eastern Time Zone hours.
- 🗂️ Familiarity with asset versioning, workflows, and brand compliance standards.
