About the Function:
The Holiday Product Development team at MakeMyTrip designs and curates’ destination
packages that resonate with Indian travellers’ preferences. You’ll partner with
contracting, marketing, sales, and finance to bring innovative, revenue‑driving holiday
experiences to market.

About the Role:
As a Holidays Product Development Senior Executive, you’ll own end‑to‑end product
lifecycles for assigned destinations or travel themes. You will leverage consumer insights
to build a compelling holiday portfolio, define go‑to‑market strategies, and optimize
revenue through competitive pricing and supply‑chain advantages.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Product Lifecycle Management: Plan, develop, and execute holiday packages
from concept to launch.
→ Portfolio Roadmap: Analyze latent demand and craft a roadmap of seasonal and
thematic offerings (e.g., family, adventure, wellness).
→ Consumer Insights: Translate data on spending capacity, experience
preferences, and regional trends into differentiated products.
→ Strategy & Vision: Define destination vision, conduct price benchmarking, and
optimize margins through supply partnerships.
→ Competitive Analysis: Monitor market dynamics and position holiday lines to
stand out in a crowded landscape.
→ Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with Sales, Contracting,
Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless product rollouts and revenue growth.

Qualification & Experience:
→ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
→ 2 – 3 years of experience in holiday product development, travel packaging, or a
similar role at an OTA, tour operator, or travel startup.
→ Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to derive actionable recommendations
from market and consumer data.
→ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with
meticulous attention to detail.
→ Demonstrated track record of influencing customer experience metrics—such as
Net Promoter Score—and driving revenue improvements.
