About the Role:

As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, you will be responsible
for keeping guest rooms clean and welcoming. You will work in a fast-paced environment
to ensure that every room meets Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility is
important as you will need to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends,
and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms assigned to you.
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures and use the right cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure rooms are sanitized and well-presented for every guest.
  • Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced setting with the ability to handle a flexible schedule.
  • Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely, including working outdoors when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight.
  • Good customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus; experience with Medallia is beneficial.
  • A genuine desire to help others and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with front office operations is a bonus.
