Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, HR documents, contracts, and new hire
    guides.
  • Liaise with external partners such as insurance vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle administrative duties including sourcing stationery, IT supplies, uniforms,
    etc.
  • Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information,
    including reimbursements.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  • Participate in HR projects such as organizing meetings, training, and events.
    Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or
    a relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field.
