Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records, HR documents, contracts, and new hire
guides. - Liaise with external partners such as insurance vendors and suppliers.
- Handle administrative duties including sourcing stationery, IT supplies, uniforms,
etc. - Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information,
including reimbursements. - Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
- Participate in HR projects such as organizing meetings, training, and events.
Requirements and Skills: - Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or
a relevant role. - Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field.
