Roles and Responsibilities:
- Employee Life-cycle Management: Execute activities related to employee life cycle
management seamlessly, from recruitment to separation. - Onboarding and Induction: Plan and execute effective onboarding programs for new
hires. - Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and
productivity. Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations. - Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals and provide guidance to
managers and employees. - Policy Clarification and Query Handling: Address HR policy-related queries and provide
clarification to employees. - Employee Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and
databases. Generate HR reports and analyze data to drive informed decisions. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless
HR support. Monitor vendor performance and compliance. - Facilities Management: Handle facility-related issues and improvements, asset
management. Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
- MBA-HR
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Desired qualities: ability to thrive in a start-up environment, develop connections with
various stakeholders, attention to detail, adherence to timelines, error-free work,
accountability, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Experience working on HRIS/ERP software (e.g., Zoho, Darwin box) and MS Office Suite
