Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Employee Life-cycle Management: Execute activities related to employee life cycle
    management seamlessly, from recruitment to separation.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Plan and execute effective onboarding programs for new
    hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and
    productivity. Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals and provide guidance to
    managers and employees.
  • Policy Clarification and Query Handling: Address HR policy-related queries and provide
    clarification to employees.
  • Employee Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and
    databases. Generate HR reports and analyze data to drive informed decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless
    HR support. Monitor vendor performance and compliance.
  • Facilities Management: Handle facility-related issues and improvements, asset
    management. Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • MBA-HR
  • Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Desired qualities: ability to thrive in a start-up environment, develop connections with
    various stakeholders, attention to detail, adherence to timelines, error-free work,
    accountability, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working on HRIS/ERP software (e.g., Zoho, Darwin box) and MS Office Suite
