Responsibilities:

oin Societe Generale as an HR Business Partner and take on the following responsibilities:
➢ Monitor organizational behaviour and cultural alignment, facilitating employee
rewards.
➢ Implement systems to hold people managers accountable and foster collaboration.
➢ Collect feedback on policies and practices, analyze trends, and facilitate action
planning.
➢ Drive initiatives to increase retention and engagement within the HR department.

Change Management:

➢ Contribute to strategic transformation programs and convert feedback into
actionable initiatives.
➢ Drive initiatives to increase retention and engagement within HR.

People Management:

➢ Analyze attrition causes, conduct root cause analysis of exit interviews, and
implement corrective measures.
➢ Establish rapport with team members and respond promptly to queries

Talent Management:

➢ Establish rapport with team members and operating heads, analysing trends and
feedback.
➢ Ensure adherence to employee activity calendars and contribute to organization
newsletters.

Performance Management and Talent Development:

➢ Oversee goal-setting processes, ensuring new hires are oriented to the
performance management process.
➢ Manage appraisal events, ensuring quality feedback and career discussions.

Profile Required:

Candidates should possess:
➢ Understanding of SG-GSC’s business model, strategy, and plans.
➢ Ability to establish credibility and rapport with business line heads and team
members.
