About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner – Sales HR at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, you will serve
as a strategic partner to various business verticals, particularly within the Marketing
& Sales domain.
Your role involves enhancing talent management, employee engagement, and
performance management processes. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and
cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.
You are expected to utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and contribute to
building a positive, high-performance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:
o Collaborate with business functions to determine manpower
requirements and work with the talent acquisition team to design job
descriptions and evaluate candidate profiles.
o Enhance competency-based interviewing and support the recruitment
process.
Employee Engagement:
o Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to improve
productivity and foster a culture of inclusiveness.
o Organize communication sessions, feedback sessions, and stay
interviews.
Capability Development:
o Focus on enhancing workforce skills through targeted training programs
and development initiatives in collaboration with the learning &
development team.
Employee Connect:
o Regularly interact with employees to educate them about key policies,
SOPs, and benefits.
o Promote a culture of inclusiveness through leadership interactions.
Performance Management:
o Implement and oversee the performance management system (PMS),
ensuring timely completion of performance appraisals and creating
improvement plans for low performers.
o Manage job rotation exercises and provide performance insights.
HR Analytics:
o Collaborate with business heads to develop people analytics reports for
recruitment, capability development, and career progression.
Grievance Handling:
o Address and resolve employee grievances effectively by identifying
underlying issues and implementing countermeasures.
Employer Branding:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to manage employer branding initiatives
on social media and update the company career page with EVP
initiatives.
Collaboration with COEs:
o Work with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement strategic
initiatives related to career progression, recruitment policies, PMS, and
succession planning.

Who You Are:

Professional Experience:
o You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance business partnering role
within Marketing & Sales or a related domain.
Educational Background:
o You hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR is preferred).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
o You possess strong data analytical skills and are proficient in developing
financial reports and HR analytics.
Interpersonal Skills:
o You have excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder
management abilities.
o You are adept at collaborating with senior leadership and cross
functional teams.
