About the Role:

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, including DHA licensing and visa processing. This role requires a professional with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, employee relations, and recruitment procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

✓ Manage and oversee DHA licensing for medical professionals.

✓Handle visa processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.

✓Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

✓Maintain HR records and documentation.

✓Support payroll processing and HR administration.

✓Ensure company policies align with UAE employment laws.

Requirements:

✓Prior experience in HR operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.

✓Knowledge of DHA licensing procedures.

✓Experience in visa processing and UAE labor law compliance.

✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
