About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our
recruitment team at Noviindus Technologies LLP. In this role, you will handle IT
recruitment for both permanent and contract positions.
You should have a strong command of leading job portals such as Naukri, GetSetJobs and
Monster, and be skilled in advanced searching techniques, sending mass emails, and
posting job advertisements.
This role requires an individual with a strong willingness to build a career in recruitment,
excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. You
will be expected to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment while delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
• Utilize leading job portals (Naukri, GetSetJobs, Monster, etc.) for candidate
  sourcing.
• Implement advanced search techniques and send mass job postings.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and
  internal stakeholders.
• Work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced recruitment
  environment.
• Use excellent oral and written communication skills to negotiate and
  convince top talent.
