Paschion Restaurants, a leading Indian food company specializing in internet
restaurants (cloud kitchens), is on the lookout for a self-motivated Human Resources
Executive.
With rapid growth in the last 4 years and ambitious expansion plans in Delhi NCR,
Paschion Restaurants operates four online restaurant brands across six locations and
a physical restaurant at Saket. The candidate will join the Company Headquarters at
Vasant Kunj.

Role Description:

As a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for
managing HR operations, creating policies, maintaining employee relations, and
overseeing all HR aspects.
Collaborate with the management team to develop a total rewards philosophy and
enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong HR management and policy knowledge
  • Experience in HR operations and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and team-oriented
  • Ability to analyze, create, and update HR policies
  • Exposure to HR analytics
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Professional certification (a plus)
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry (a plus)
