About the Role:
🔍 Support SOX compliance program execution testing internal controls and maintaining audit documentation.
Collaborate with process owners identifying control gaps in fast-paced NYSE-listed technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Execute SOX testing; validate internal controls; prepare/maintain audit workpapers comprehensively.
- 🔧 Conduct process walkthroughs; evaluate control design/operating effectiveness; support remediation plans.
- 📈 Coordinate with stakeholders; document audit phases; work US hours (PST) when required.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ CA Intermediate (both groups); internal audit/SOX experience; Big 4 preferred; MS Office proficiency.
- 🔒 Strong communication; attention to detail; self-motivated; deadline-driven; high ethical standards.
Desired:
- 📊 AuditBoard platform; business process knowledge; US GAAP/SOX compliance familiarity.
