About the Role:

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Nim, you will join our Growth Team to drive
influencer collaborations that will help scale our user base significantly. You will manage
influencer relationships from initial outreach to final video publication, ensuring
impactful and high-performing content that converts viewers into paid subscribers.
This role requires a keen awareness of viral trends, effective storytelling formats, and a
data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns. Your work will be crucial in driving Nim’s
growth through strategic influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:
o Handle communications after initial outreach, ensuring smooth
collaboration and timely content delivery.
Evaluation & Selection:
o Assess influencer profiles for brand fit and analyze performance metrics
(views, engagement, conversion rates) to select optimal partners.
Negotiation & Offers:
o Propose and adjust offers based on influencer reach, engagement, content
quality, and campaign objectives.
Creative Collaboration:
o Suggest tailored video concepts that align with both the influencer’s style
and Nim’s brand voice.
Campaign Coordination:
o Assist influencers with queries, provide support throughout the
collaboration, and ensure campaign timelines are met.
Tracking & Reporting:
o Track video performance, manage collaboration details, and maintain a
detailed record of campaign metrics.
Growth Targets:
o Drive increased content output: start with up to 3 short-form videos in the
first week, scale to 10+ posts per week in the first 3 months, and eventually
shift focus to long-form content strategies.
Who You Are:
Experience:
o You have 1-2 years of experience in a junior marketing role, ideally with a
focus on influencer marketing.
Skills:
o You possess strong communication skills and can build and manage
influencer relationships effectively.
o You are analytical, with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and
optimize campaigns.
o You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple
collaborations simultaneously.
