About the Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales person to join our team at Noviindus
Technologies LLP. In this role, you will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and
selling our IT solutions to new and existing clients. As an IT Consultant (Inside Sales), you
will be responsible for expanding our customer base and establishing long-term
relationships, helping clients address their IT needs with our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Client Solutions:
o Understand clients’ IT needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their
requirements.
➢ Sales Proposals & Presentations:
o Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to
prospective clients.
➢ Negotiation:
o Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure deals.
➢ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product
development to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of IT
solutions.
➢ Sales Target Achievement:
o Work to achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
➢ Market Research:
o Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and stay updated
on industry trends.
➢ CRM Management:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in
the company CRM system.
➢ Outbound & Inbound Lead Management:
o Actively manage the leads pipeline and execute campaigns to drive new
business and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
➢ Experience:
o Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or a related role (experience in
inside sales is preferred).
➢ Technical & Sales Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information to
clients.
o Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
➢ Additional:
o Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients in person.
o A proactive, results-driven approach with strong organizational and time
management skills.
