About the Role:
Join Oracle’s Generative AI Service team to architect, develop, deploy, and operate scalable, cloud-native AI services.
You will work on cutting-edge generative AI offerings, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers, mentoring junior team members, and engaging in on-call rotations for production support.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design and develop AI services and enterprise solutions with strong security measures
📌 Build scalable backend infrastructure, microservices, and support interactive UI applications
📌 Participate in developing cloud-native solutions involving identity management, logging, service limits, networking, and gateways
📌 Collaborate cross-functionally with data science and engineering teams to resolve product challenges
📌 Mentor and guide junior engineers in software design, testing, deployment
📌 Participate in production operations and on-call duties on rotation
Requirements:
🎯 Expert in Java programming and cloud service ecosystems (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure preferred)
🎯 Experience with microservices architecture, API development using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Vertex.io
🎯 Proficient in Python and JavaScript or similar scripting languages
🎯 Familiarity with machine learning concepts, statistical models, and ML Ops
🎯 Experience with cloud platforms: OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, etc.
🎯 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced agile environment
