About the Role:

We are seeking a Jr. SEO Analyst to join our team at Noviindus Technologies LLP. In this
role, you will work closely with our experienced SEO team to execute on-page and off
page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and monitor website performance. Your
efforts will help increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support our
overall digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Keyword Research:
o Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search
engine rankings.
→ Performance Analysis:
o Analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify trends and
areas for improvement.
→ SEO Strategy Implementation:
o Assist in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies
to boost organic traffic.
→ Content Collaboration:
o Work closely with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly
content for ads and social media posts.
→ Technical Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website code is
optimized for search engines and provides a great user experience.
→ Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search
engine marketing.
→ Reporting:
o Produce regular reports on SEO performance and provide
recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

→ Basic SEO Knowledge:
o Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and best practices.
→ Tools Proficiency:
o Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO
tools.
→ Analytical Skills:
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
→ Communication:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
→ Technical Acumen:
o Experience in web development or coding is a plus; familiarity with HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
→ Experience:
o 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
→ Other:
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
