About the Role:
🤖 As a Junior AI Developer in Kochi, you will help build, productionize, and operate agentic AI capabilities for Source-to-Pay (S2P) using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate and complementary open-source frameworks.You will contribute to AI agents, data pipelines, documentation, and collaborate with global S2P, CIO, Chief Data Office, and Consulting teams to turn business challenges into AI use cases with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🧩 Assist in developing and testing AI agents and tools for S2P processes.
  • 🔁 Support development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows under supervision.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with global stakeholders, participate in code reviews and team meetings.
  • 📚 Document code, processes, and contribute to platform reliability and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 💻 Strong foundation in Python programming.
  • 🗄️ Exposure to SQL, basic database concepts, and understanding of data pipelines/ETL (coursework or projects).
  • 🌍 Good written and spoken English and willingness to work in a collaborative global environment.
  • ⭐ Nice to have: Familiarity with IBM Watsonx Orchestrate or similar AI platforms, and experience with data mining/analytics tools.
