About the Role:

As a Finance Corporate Management Trainee at Hyatt, you will join a 12-month training
program designed to build future leaders in hotel finance. You will learn about different
finance functions, work on a business project, and gain exposure to the Regional

Qualifications:

  • A 4-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Must have continuous work authorization in Latin America or the Caribbean.
  • At least 9 months of experience in hospitality or finance; supervisory experience is
    preferred.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus.
  • Must be geographically flexible.
