About the Role:
As a Finance Corporate Management Trainee at Hyatt, you will join a 12-month training
program designed to build future leaders in hotel finance. You will learn about different
finance functions, work on a business project, and gain exposure to the Regional
Corporate Office. This is a great chance to start your career in hospitality finance while

Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Must be bilingual.
- Must have continuous work authorization in Latin America or the Caribbean.
- At least 9 months of experience in hospitality or finance; supervisory experience is
preferred. - Involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus.
- Must be geographically flexible.
