Job Summary:

➢ Take ownership of a module and associated quality and delivery.
➢ Provide instructions, guidance, and advice to team members for quality and timely
delivery.
➢ Identify key issues and challenges independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver
results with minimal direction.
➢ Investigate root causes of problems and propose alternatives/solutions based on
sound technical foundation.
➢ Organize and draw connections among ideas, distinguishing implementable ones.
➢ Demonstrate flexibility in problem-solving, leveraging in-depth command of
techniques, processes, tools, and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility study, and system-level work estimation,
considering risk identification and mitigation.
➢ Design, code, test, debug, document, and provide technical support in the assigned
area, ensuring on-time delivery while meeting quality and productivity goals.
➢ Ensure traceability of requirements from design to delivery, code optimization, and
coverage.
➢ Conduct reviews, identify risks, and own the quality of deliverables.
➢ Identify team training needs and enhance technical capabilities through training,
self-study, and assessments.
➢ Participate in technical initiatives and deliver training as per plan and quality
standards.
➢ Serve as a technical mentor for junior members and may manage people based on
the Project Manager’s discretion.

Education and Experience Required:

➢ Engineering graduate, MCA, etc

Competencies Description:

➢ Design & development, bug fixing on RTOS.
➢ Experience in Multimedia, Telephony, Connectivity in Kernel & Drivers, middleware,
Applications layers.

Platforms:

➢ AMX, Nucleus, QNX, FreeRTOS, VxWorks

Tools:

➢ Makefiles, JTAG, Lauterbach

Languages:

➢ C, C++
