Requirements:
🎯 8+ years of experience in software development
🎯 Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
🎯 Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
🎯 Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and system design
🎯 Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
🎯 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
🎯 Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
🎯 Good communication and collaboration abilities
