Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a process to impart technical and soft skill training to all field
engineers. - Create a rapidly scalable model for training repair technicians/engineers on a
wide range of devices. - Run train-the-trainer programs for all service partners.
- Ensure improvement in the technical and soft skills of all customer-facing
employees and minimize repair bounce. - Constantly find ways to improve service quality.
- Provide technical support to field-service centers as well as channels.
Education Requirement:
MBA or equivalent
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to plan and deploy training.
- Strong eye for detail.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Coaching and leadership skills – should be able to conduct these workshops.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Ability to accept and execute against odds/challenges.
- Analytical skills – Ability to analyze data/situations to gather insights.
- Communication skills – Ability to convey thoughts effectively.
- Creativity – Ability to think out of the box.
