Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Lead and coordinate a team of documentation executives and net-metering
executives across India.
➢ Track feasibility, in-principle, net-metering, and CEIG approvals for residential and
commercial clients nationwide.
➢ Coordinate with SCM and Execution teams to ensure timely procurement of
meters, meeting State discom requirements.
➢ Monitor subsidy applications from initiation to disbursement across all states.
Mandatory Requirements:
➢ Graduate in any discipline.
➢ 5+ years of experience in handling net-metering, CEIG approvals, and subsidy
application processes.
➢ Updated knowledge of net-metering and CEIG regulations for residential and
commercial clients nationwide.
➢ Clear understanding of solar subsidy processes at both State and National levels.
➢ Experience in leading and managing geographically dispersed teams.
➢ Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and Word.
Additional Requirements:
➢ Result-driven and target-oriented mindset.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Established network and acquaintances at DISCOMs and MNRE.
➢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
➢ Negotiation skills and ability to influence others.
➢ Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
