About the Role:

Hinduja Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity for the role of Locum Secretary
on a temporary basis at our Mahim facility. We are seeking candidates with a
minimum of 1 year of experience to assist in managing administrative tasks and
facilitating communication between the management and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the point of contact for correspondence and communication between
    management and consultants.
  2. Schedule, cancel, and reschedule clinic appointments, handling related queries.
  3. Manage admission bookings, OT bookings, Cath lab bookings, and provide bed
    availability information to surgical and procedure patients.
  4. Handle TPA (Third Party Administrator) processes.
  5. Arrange, coordinate, book venues, and schedule meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a secretary or administrative role.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in handling scheduling and coordination tasks.
  • Familiarity with TPA processes is a plus.
