About the Role:
Hinduja Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity for the role of Locum Secretary
on a temporary basis at our Mahim facility. We are seeking candidates with a
minimum of 1 year of experience to assist in managing administrative tasks and
facilitating communication between the management and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for correspondence and communication between
management and consultants. - Schedule, cancel, and reschedule clinic appointments, handling related queries.
- Manage admission bookings, OT bookings, Cath lab bookings, and provide bed
availability information to surgical and procedure patients. - Handle TPA (Third Party Administrator) processes.
- Arrange, coordinate, book venues, and schedule meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a secretary or administrative role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in handling scheduling and coordination tasks.
- Familiarity with TPA processes is a plus.
