About the Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Adobe Bangalore, you will architect, build, and deploy
advanced ML solutions—including NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and transformer-based
models—to enhance Adobe’s products and services. You will collaborate across
research, product, and engineering teams to bring innovative AI capabilities into
production at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development: Implement complex ML pipelines using NLP, Generative
AI, RAG, and transformer architectures.
Model Lifecycle: Develop, evaluate, deploy, and monitor scalable ML models in
production.
Engineering Best Practices: Follow software engineering standards to write high
quality, performant, and maintainable code.
Research & Innovation: Drive innovation through experimentation, prototyping,
and staying current with AI/ML advances.
Data Engineering: Build reliable data pipelines with Hadoop, Spark, and modern
data engineering frameworks.
Insight Communication: Analyze results and present findings to stakeholders to
inform product roadmaps.

Requirements:

→ Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or
related field.
→ 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years focused on ML/AI solution
development and 5 years in software/data engineering.
→ Strong programming skills in Python and Java, and expertise with ML frameworks
such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
→ Hands-on experience with MLOps practices and tools.
→ Proven ability to collaborate with research and product teams to translate
requirements into production-grade ML systems.
→ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a diverse, team-oriented
environment.
→ Deep curiosity for emerging AI technologies and passion for applying them to real
world problems.
