Job Description:

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Manager, KYC/AML. This position is critical
in our Financial Crime Risk Management service line, especially in the Australian market
where we are making significant investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver agreed outcomes with quality and timeliness.
  • Act as a Project Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of project
    outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and document outcomes.
  • Manage resources and act as a business intermediary between technology and business
    teams.
  • Ensure client results are met and all processes and procedures are adhered to.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and bring teams together to handle issues.
  • Project/Change Management experience in an Agile environment.
  • Banking Operations experience.
  • Proven stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams, even at a university or Sports team level.
  • Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management, including KYC, Client Onboarding, and
    Offboarding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
