About the Role:
As Brand Marketing Manager for Holiday Packages, you will define and execute a holistic
multi‑channel marketing strategy—leveraging consumer insights to fuel brand love and
drive bookings. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll collaborate across Product,
Sales, Contracting, and Finance to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market plans and scalable
growth.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Demand Generation: Drive brand‑led demand online (digital, social, search) and
offline (in‑store, partnerships), optimizing for ROI.
→ Growth Opportunities: Identify new segments and markets to expand holiday
package penetration.
→ Consumer Insights: Analyze traveller behaviour, category trends, and competitor
positioning to inform campaign strategies.
→ Campaign Management: Lead end‑to‑end brand communications—from brief
and creative development to media planning and execution.
→ Agency Collaboration: Partner with external creative and media agencies to craft
cohesive, high‑impact messaging.
→ Integrated Media: Develop unified media plans across performance, brand, and
owned channels.
→ Cross‑Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Revenue, Product, Category, and
Sales teams for seamless product launches and promotions.

Qualification & Experience:
→ MBA from a top‑tier institute with 4–6 years of brand marketing experience in
e‑commerce, travel, or FMCG.
→ Proven success managing both ATL and BTL campaigns.
→ Deep understanding of digital platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads)
and performance marketing (SEO, SEM).
→ Experience in trade/franchise marketing and CRM/owned‑base initiatives is a
plus.
