About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – Engineering to lead the
hospital’s engineering and maintenance operations. You will oversee all building
services, ensure compliance with NABH and safety standards, and coordinate
infrastructure projects to support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team,
setting clear objectives and KPIs.
→ Maintenance Management: Plan and supervise preventive and corrective
maintenance for all hospital facilities and equipment.
→ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to NABH, fire safety, environmental,
and other statutory regulations.
→ Budget & Procurement: Develop and manage the engineering budget, oversee
procurement of maintenance materials and services.
→ Interdepartmental Coordination: Partner with clinical, administrative, and
housekeeping teams to minimize downtime and optimize facility usage.
→ Project Oversight: Manage infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and new
construction projects from planning through completion.

Qualifications & Experience:
→ Education: B. Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related
discipline.
→ Experience: Minimum 7 years in engineering management or facility operations
within a healthcare or hospital environment.
→ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC,
electrical, plumbing), biomedical equipment support, and safety standards.
→ Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and
analytical skills.
→ Certifications: Professional licensing or certifications in facility management
(e.g., IFMA, CFM) are a plus.
