About the Role:
As the Manager, Events & Experiences, you will own the end-to-end daily operations for
our offline club in Bombay, ensuring it runs smoothly and that our members have an
exceptional experience. You will strategize, organize, and execute our monthly online and
offline events for the Leap Club community.
This includes handling all event logistics—such as securing venues, coordinating F&B,
preparing collaterals, setting up tech, and managing brand partners. You will also handle
pre-event communications, registrations, and post-event feedback. Your goal is to keep
our community highly engaged, drive membership activity, and continuously improve the
quality of our events.
Additionally, you will plan and execute big-ticket events once every quarter to boost
marketing efforts and grow our member base. If you have a passion for community

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our offline club in Bombay to ensure a seamless member
experience. - Manage event logistics including venues, F&B, collaterals, tech setup, and brand
partnerships. - Handle pre-event communications, registrations, and post-event feedback to maintain
high engagement. - Strategize, plan, and execute monthly community experiences, continuously improving
event quality.
-Organize and execute quarterly big-ticket events to amplify marketing efforts and expand
the member base. - Resolve member and club-related queries promptly to ensure a cohesive and vibrant
community. - Independently manage the monthly events calendar and adjust strategies based on
performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in community operations or hospitality, with a background in
event management. - Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight
deadlines with a positive attitude. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent at engaging with people and
hosting events. - Passion for community building and creating meaningful experiences.
- Self-motivated, with a hunger to learn and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in startups is a big plus.
