About the Role:
As the Manager, Human Resources at Atlantis Dubai, you will lead the HR Operations team
to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. You will be
responsible for overseeing colleague issues, managing HR systems (including SAP),
payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and
corporate policies. Your role is crucial in supporting both operational excellence and
strategic HR initiatives while maintaining a high level of service for employees, guests, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the HR Operations team in line with corporate
strategies and brand standards. - Oversee HR processes including colleague issue management, payroll, leave
management, and benefits administration to ensure compliance and timely resolution. - Ensure the accuracy of data in SAP and implement checks to maintain data integrity.
- Enhance onboarding and offboarding procedures for a seamless employee experience.
- Conduct regular audits of HR systems and processes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set clear objectives and drive continuous
improvement in HR service delivery. - Develop and implement operational strategies, workflows, and process improvements to
enhance efficiency and compliance. - Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates, reports, and
recommendations on HR operations. - Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring all HR practices meet
regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
required; an advanced degree or certifications are a plus. - Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in HR
operations, systems, and compliance. - Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., SAP) and proven experience with payroll,
benefits, and data management. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to
leverage data for strategic improvements. - In-depth knowledge of local UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in conducting audits, process evaluations, and driving operational improvements.
