Job Description:

Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team is seeking enthusiastic individuals for
our manufacturing apprentice program. As a manufacturing apprentice, you will be a
vital part of our cutting-edge manufacturing team, contributing to the assembly of
advanced products in the energy industry.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience and be part of a team
dedicated to quality and innovation

Key Manufacturing Responsibilities:

  • Support the setup of a process capability assessment, process layout, tooling, and
    equipment development.
  • Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to implement improvements,
    ensuring product capacity/capability meets customer demand.
  • Validate design specifications and implement new products, tools, or equipment on
    the shop floor.
  • Troubleshoot shop floor issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective
    actions to meet product dispatch timelines.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
    standards.
  • Create routings for manufacturing parts and assemblies.

Qualifications for Manufacturing Role:

  • B.E. Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Good analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
